70A Prospector Village
This lodge-style, multi-level, 2000 ft/ 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse with surrounding views of the Continental Divide and Buffalo Mountain This unit has log furniture though out for a real mountain lodge feel. The top floor offers a wide open, spacious living area for the entire family; and includes cable, large screen TV, gas fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, large dining table and serving bar, and access to the top private deck, with gas grill. On this top floor there is also a bedroom with captain's bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom There is a bathroom with shower on this level.
The second level offers a large master suite with king bed,TV, private bath with a Jacuzzi-jet sunken tub, along with your own private deck.
The bottom floor offers a second bedroom with queen bed with TV. There is also another bedroom with twin bunk beds and tv.. These two bedrooms share the common 3rd full bath. Washer and dryer are also located on this bottom floor.
The heated two car garage is convenient when retuning after a hard day of play. Free high speed internet access is provided. Additional Amenities- Prospector Village offers direct access to trails leading up to and around Wilderness National Forest. The summit free shuttle line is just outside Prospector Village and can take you to and from just about any Summit County Destination free of charge. As our guests, you also have access to two wonderfully maintained outdoor hot tubs and a small indoor heated pool at the nearby community center.
Four world-class ski resorts: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapaho Basin are easily accessible within 20 minutes by car, or by a FREE ski shuttle. Vail and Beaver Creek are 40 minutes west on I-70.
For our non-outdoor enthusiasts, we can keep you happy too with many local restaurants and a huge selection of outlet shops that are just down the hill, less than five minutes away. Many a bargain we have found during our non-skiing hours.

It is a lovely place to stay, enjoyed it very much. Would recommend that maintenance walk around flipping on the lights and looking up. Some bulbs need to be replaced, it's rather dark is some ares of the house. Also, it would be helpful if the information regarding the floor heat was either in bold on the paperwork or was posted above the thermostats. After an exhausting 14-15 hour drive, it's easy to miss the recommendations about the heat.
I didn't put excellent on the comfort only because the master bed is tricky getting into. Very awkward. Was told the bunk beds down stairs were very hard.

The condo is big, the upstairs has plenty of room for you and your group to hang out in, and has a b-e-a-utiful view of the rocky's. The location is perfect for skiing in the area, about 10 min. to Copper, 15 min. to Keystone, and say about 25 min. to Breckenridge. There is a shuttle to these mountains as well.
I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay !! It was 10 years since my whole family was together at once! We live all over the country and decided that we wanted to start this year and pick a different destination every year. My one son lives in Colorado, but his home was not big enough to
accommodate 10 more of us !!! The view was beautiful ! We cooked most of our meals there. Couldn't have ask for a easier transaction!

Music hounds
The unit is pretty and exceptionally well equipped. We really appreciated having a lot of cooking equipment and spices. The views from the unit are just spectacular. Location is good--half way up Wildernest. The swimming pool was uninspiring, but it's always great to have access to one. Service was excellent--James made sure we didn't get stuck in traffic checking in. The only downer was the slightly uncomfortable furniture.

We stayed at this unit for five days and it suited our needs prefectly. There were six of us, three generations, and this home allowed us to come together at meal times, yet have some private space when needed. The pool was right next door and we basically had it to ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances for our use. Great views from the top floor of Dillon, the lake and I70.
We knew it had a lot of stairs, and altitude was another adjustment. A TV channel guide would have been handy too.

Property is located on top of a long whinny hill, a little of a drive from the freeway. You have a beautiful view of the town from your living room. Property is spacious, three level, plenty of space for large groups. Vail is about 45 minutes away and Breckenridge is 30 minutes away. Checking in and out was easy. A lock box is located outside of rental office for dropping key off during off hours. Everyone had a great time!

we had the best time- two families with plenty of room and a view you would pay anything for! The hot tub time was fun and the open kitchen, dining and family room meant we all could be together for eating and games.The only negetive was the four slights of stairs to get to and from the lower level- but at least you got your exercise

Our stay was great. The unit was spacious, checkin instructions were accurate and helpful. There was even a card for a local grocery store on the keyring! Having a washer/dryer was so convenient! The only negative about the unit was that it is on 3 levels and that was not so great for my parents. Overall a great stay.

James with a1 was very helpful with an issue we had with the garage door and ad it fixed quickly. The place was clean and equipped as expected. The pool and hot tubs are only 40 feet away from this location for easy access.

I would have rated our stay of excellent except for some small details: The toilet on the lower level happened to be cloged, even with #1. In the kitchen, missing some big plastic bowls (for salads) and regarding the carpet, eventhough the guests are asked to take their shoes off, it is obvious that some people don't do it. Other than that It was a great experience. Very comfortable house, excellent location, easygoing booking. Great!

The views were breathtaking; the proximity to the slopes created a perfect family reunion. Definitely would do it again.
