Features: This spacious three bedroom + loft Duplex home is beautifully decorated with contemporary style furnishings throughout. This town home offers space and luxury, approximately 2100 square feet.  The bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and full bath and TV.  The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.  Loft area doubles as another sitting area with 25" TV with DVD player and sleeping space with a queen futon and twin futon.  A full bath with large jetted tub is located in the hall between the two bedrooms.  The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, pots, pans, table settings, microwave, breakfast bar, dining room, living room with queen sleeper sofa, 3/4 bath, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, TV, DVD, stereo, large deck with gas grill and  a private hot tub with views of National Forest.  Other features of this town home are: FREE high speed wired and wireless internet access, a heated garage, a washer & dryer on the main floor, and is  within steps to National Forest Land.  Wildernest, is centrally located to all of summit county's attractions.  Fresh linens and towels are provided. 

The home is on the Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. Lake Dillon and the ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range. There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit County.
We are a short drive to an outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants. No smoking No pets. RATING: LUXA
