This townhome is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath property with private hot tub, washer/dryer and 1 car garage.

Whatever brings you to Summit County, our mountain home can be your retreat. It’s conveniently located only a few minutes from the I-70 Silverthorne exit. Ours is one of three townhomes on a large lot, affording lots of privacy and mountain views.
Most of our guests enjoy star gazing from the hot tub. Since the lot runs from street-to-street, you can look forward to a secluded soak. The front deck is a wonderful place to view the sunrise. With a nature conservancy across the street, there are unobstructed forest and mountain views.

The living room boasts a hard wood floor, gas fireplace and TV. The leather sofa, chair and loveseat provide lots of comfy seating. Cable TV, wireless internet, games and books are provided for your enjoyment.

You can observe the wildflowers (and occasional wildlife) from the lodge-style table in the kitchen. Guests can also pull a stool up to the island. Glass-top stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and disposal will make it seem like home. We’ve tried to anticipate your needs and furnished it with dishes, pans, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, blender, flatware, casseroles, mixer, utensils, etc.
The master bedroom has a private bath, balcony and walk-in closet. It is furnished with an impressive king size bed, huge dresser and TV.
The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, private bath and roomy closet. You can lounge on the twin-size futon or use it for an extra guest.
The third bedroom, located on the lower level, has a queen size bed, dresser, TV and adjacent bathroom with tiled shower.
Whether you are in town to take advantage of the world renowned skiing, fantastic hiking, challenging biking, fabulous wildflowers or fall colors, we hope that you can enjoy our Summit County home for a few days.

The townhome is short walk to  Summit County transportation line (The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. Lake Dillon and the ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range. There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit County.
We are a short drive to an outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants. No smoking No pets. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
