- Reservation Policy
- Reservations are accepted by phone, fax, Internet. We accept Visa, Master Card,
American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
- Two(2) nights lodging plus reservation fee is due upon making the reservation by credit
card**. Checks
are accepted with a credit card guarantee, due within 5 days of the date of the
reservation. Full payment is due on reservations made within 45 days of arrival.
- At the time the reservation is made our cancellation policies come into effect, please
see cancellation policy below.
- FINAL PAYMENT* is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.
Forty five
(45) days prior to arrival all homes and Holiday reservations. *Trip
cancellation/Interruption insurance is highly recommended, and must be purchased prior
to final payment.
- Guests will be sent appropriate letters and pertinent information at each step of making
payment towards their reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
- The reservation fee is non refundable for any
reason, if the reservation
is canceled Thirty (30) days or more PRIOR to guests’ arrival date
everything but the reservation fee will be refunded (45 days for homes
and holiday reservations) .
- A reservation that is canceled WITHIN THIRTY (30)
days or FORTY FIVE (45) days for homes, and holiday stays, of the
guest’s arrival date will forfeit full balance of reservation.
- NOTE: Trip cancellation/interruption insurance
is highly recommended, insurance must be purchased prior to receipt of final
payment.
- Damage Policy

This Security Deposit Protection plan covers
unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during
your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to
check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000. Any damages
that exceed $3000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If,
during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person
causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result
of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the
Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a
maximum benefit of $3000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full
details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in
the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Security
Deposit Protection can be purchased up to, and including at,
check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize
and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay
directly A1 Vacation Rentals any amount payable under the terms and
conditions of the Rental Unit Damage Protection. Please contact A1
Vacation Rentals directly if you do not wish to participate in this
plan or assignment.
The guest is required to follow the departure
procedures prior to checking out of a unit. If these procedures are
not followed and/or pet (unless in pet friendly unit), smoking in
unit, excessive cleaning, missing items, ECT will be charged to the
guest’s credit card. We will pursue collections to the fullest
extent. If the security deposit protection plan has been declined than
a $500 deposit will be charged on final payment and returned within 14
days of departure minus and charges mention above.

NOTE:
We reserve the right to move the guest to another comparable unit if
necessary. The guest will be notified of these changes. A 1 Vacation
Rentals Property Management, Inc., is an agent for units that are
individually owned. The maintenance of the grounds, clubhouse, and
common areas are the responsibility of the complex’s management
company. The complex Management Company is in full control of the
operation of all amenities. A 1 Vacation Rentals Property
management, Inc., cannot be held responsible for the condition and/or
closure of the amenities. A 1 Vacation Rentals does not assume any
liability for loss or damage or injury to persons or their personal
property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience
arising from temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas,
electricity or plumbing. Nor will A 1 Vacation Rentals accept
liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, lack of
snow, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its
control. ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
(unless in pet friendly unit), AN AUTOMATIC FEE OF $250 WILL BE
CHARGED FOR EACH INFRACTION.
