This home is the perfect place to escape and enjoy ANY season in Colorado.
It is spacious and ideal for big groups, families, and dog owners. The living/sleeping loft on the second floor provides ample space for everyone, and you can access the hot tub on the large deck and use the gas grill. You'll be amazed by the stunning views of the nearby mountain ranges and the Keystone ski area.
This property is located just a few miles away from six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (14m), Breck (19m), Keystone (12m), A-Basin (16m), Loveland (14m), and Vail (33m). Additionally, Lake Dillon is just a 10-minute drive away, as is the Outlet shopping mall. Additionally, you'll have easy and free access to all ski areas and shopping through the Summit County transit line (The Summit Stage).
This 1800 sq ft duplex has the following specifications:
-The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, table settings, and a microwave.
-The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo for entertainment.
-The breakfast bar and dining room lead onto the back deck, which includes a gas grill and private hot tub.
-The master suite has a king bed and double vanity ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. A full bath with a large, jetted tub is in the hall between these two bedrooms.
The loft area doubles as another living space and sleeping area, complete with a queen bed, large TV, and DVD.
Amenities: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, an outdoor deck with a hot tub, a garage, and a washer/dryer on the main floor. The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.
Many attractions are near White River National Forest, an ideal spot for nature walks. There are miles of hiking and snowshoeing trails available, including the Buffalo Mountain and Lily Pad Lake trails, that are easily accessible.

We had 4 couples and this place had more than enough space. Hot tub fit everyone, plenty of space to hang out and play board games or watch tv, and it was clean! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay at the home. It was well maintained and decorated, had a nice kitchen, we enjoyed the hot tub and playing board games in the living room. The garage was convenient to pull in as well.

I have a mixed review. The property was clean and is centrally located to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. The property is a bit dated, but comfortable. The property management company was responsive to our needs. I forgot to add the damage insurance and emailed them and they took care of getting that added for me. We also needed a few extra towels and washcloths. While the property sleeps 10, there were not 10 sets of washcloths and towels. They did promptly deliver more upon request. No extra towels were available for the hot tub so be sure to bring some if you plan to use it. We did a lot of washing of towels! This property did have extras like spices, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, toiletries, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. that you are typically responsible for bringing, which was nice.
My major complaint with this property is...while the listing says the property is dog friendly, there is an extra fee for pets which is not disclosed on the listing. When they delivered our extra towels and discovered our dog, they promptly charged my credit card for the daily pet fee. In their defense, if you check the box "I am traveling with pets" when you book, the price of the rental does change. In my defense, the pet fee is not listed as a separate line item like every other fee. You have no way of knowing there is a pet fee unless you attempt to book the listing both ways. At the time the condo, was booked we had not anticipated traveling with pets so I completely overlooked the check box about traveling with pets and never gave it a second thought as we booked several months in advance. Since the fee isn't disclosed on the listing there was no way of knowing there is an additional pet fee. The only way I figured this out was to go back and try to rebook the property to see where I missed the pet fee.
Overall, in terms of hotel ratings, I rate the property 2.5 stars out of 5.

However, we apologize for any inconvenience you faced while making travel arrangements with your pet. We understand that you may have missed selecting the "I am traveling with pets" checkbox during the booking process, which was mentioned in our text conversation. Or perhaps your plans changed after booking. This checkbox is super important! You can add the pet fee as an extra line item in your booking by ticking it while advising that additional fees may apply. Also, the Guestbook Home Guide asks that all pets on the property be known to management.

We enjoyed the accommodations and used the home during the summer of 2020 during COVID. There were 4 adults and one infant and three adults were working remotely during the day and due to the pandemic we used the kitchen a lot and found it well equipped for all the cooking we did. The place is comfortable and close to shopping and other activities with a short drive.

Stayed at your nice condo for a family ski vacation in February. There was plenty enough room for 3 couples and a well stocked kitchen and large table to eat and play games at in the evening. Everyone loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the slopes. Location was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!

This home was in a great location for our vacation, within an hour drive to multiple ski resorts, shopping, and other activities. The home far exceeded our expectations; it was very spacious and had a great layout. The house had just about everything needed for our stay (linens, toilet paper, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen appliances and utensils, and so much more). The use of the garage was fantastic for our ski equipment when coming back from the slopes. Our first evening we had an issue with the washer, someone was out the next day to get it working for us, couldn't ask for much more. Also, came out mid week to service hot tub and picked up our trash twice. Already considering booking again next year.

Everything was perfect. The hot tub was spot on.
First, we have rented from James at A1 for years and his properties are always wonderful. This house did not disappoint. It was spotless as his units always are and I especially appreciated the garage being swept out and the area rugs! The artwork throughout the house was amazing, especially for a rental. Loved it!!
Wonderful dog friendly unit across the street from the walking path that also leads to some trails. We went for skiing, but I think summer would be great there.
I can easily recommend this house!!
