Plenty of room for a family gathering or romantic getaway! Great views of Lake Dillon in the heart of Dillon, with numerous dining establishments and a covered deck.

You'll also be super close to the Summit County transit line (aka The Summit Stage) for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping!

For all seasons, Lake Dillon (1m) and six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, Copper Mountain (12m), Breck (16m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m) have quick access for hikers and cross-country skiers to a variety of trails as well as great biking opportunities throughout Summit County. The outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants are within 5 minutes.

Master bedroom - King bed and full bath.
2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen and 1 Twin, and full bath in the hallway!
Living room - Gas fireplace, TV, DVD player.
Kitchen - fully equipped with all eating/cooking utensils, including all the conveniences of home.
Clubhouse with pool, hot tub, and laundry on site.
We monitor noise decibel levels inside and outside the home through our partners at NoiseAware™.

Amenities: FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and expanded cable in all bedrooms. The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

NOTE: There are only three flights of stairs to the unit, no elevator, and parking for 1/2 cars. No smoking within 15 feet of buildings or community areas!

nice Condo great location.

This condo was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the views of the lake and the mountains. The furniture made out of blue jeans was very unique. The only complaints are that our very large pickup was extremely difficult to park in the very tight parking space with cement pillars all around. The huge amount of stairs (5 floors no elevator) can be a problem for anyone with back or knee issues. Our carpet was also not vacuumed or cleaned and there was cereal on the carpet and stains. Other than these issues it was very nice. We enjoyed out stay overall.

This house was in a great location and very well equipped! The owner has a very nice place, and we were lucky to be able to stay here! The hot tub and sauna were awesome too! Thank you!

We have been in this area for over 40 years for mainly skiing. This unit fit us.

We would stay again. Third floor could make it tough for some but was clear in rental details and as expected. Worked great for a quick weekend of boarding!

This area is perfect for checking out many different ski resorts. The property it self was very comfortable and had every thing we needed. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice comfortable place, as described and shown in pictures. We walked to restaurants across the street in the evenings. Be ready to huff up 4 flights from ground floor parking which can be tough if you live at sea level! Worth it though for a nice place at a great price.

Overall the place was nice and accommodating for our needs. The property manager was available to help us with questions and answered the phone when called which is greatly appreciated. We were informed we were sent a list of information, but it was never received. Helpful information: The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The key to the ski storage is the same key to the pool even though it's not written on the key. A damages security deposit is required unless you purchase the insurance.

It was excellent. Nice view. Great unit. Was there skiing with 2 friends, all in our mid-40s, I got the short straw and the little bed. It was not the most comfortable but I think it's probably for a kid. Other than that, great stay.
