This charming condo in downtown Frisco is located only one block from Main St. It is perfect for people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life but still enjoy all the amenities of a small town.
The condo overlooks Ten Mile Creek, providing a calming sound of running water while you cook up tasty steaks on the gas grill on your private deck. Additionally, there is an outdoor hot tub where you can relax with friends and family after a long day of skiing or hiking.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and a vanity sink. The condo also includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom.
This lovely property is just a few steps away from the clubhouse, which offers a large common/meeting area with Netflix, a TV, a hot tub, a pool, a sauna, and laundry facilities. Lake Dillon, located nearby, provides access to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, making it a convenient location for all your seasonal activities.
GENERAL: The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

Our family loved this condo. Perfect for a family of 4. Incredibly peaceful and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony after our ski day and listening to the water from the creek.

Easy community to navigate. Enough after hours activities. Comfortable furniture. Minutes to a-basin. Keystone. Breck. Vail. Copper. Beaver creek about 35 min. All around great option for a small group.

I totally enjoyed this well maintained and updated property. The patio view and great seating area is very pleasant with 10 mile creek going buy. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms good with plenty of towels and supplies. The condo is well lit! It was a great stay with no issues.

This unit is only a block from Main Street. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable and the deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek was great for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We are a local family with two kids. The space was so clean, user friendly, and comfortable. The kitchen is updated, as well as the bathrooms and beds. The only issue we had was the trash dumpster was a little far away. Overall we would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again!

This is a wonderful property. This is the second time we have stayed here and it has been the perfect place for our family. The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is in a very convenient location to Frisco's main street. It has a fantastic view of Mt. Royal and the creek from the deck. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we come to Colorado.

Loved our stay at 10 Mile island! So much to say about this unit! The view of Mt. Royal was exceptional and listening to Ten Mike Creek below our deck made our experience picture perfect. We were walking distance to Main Street Frisco shops, bike rentals, restaurants, visitor center, museum, and much more. Very easy access to I-70, near more trails than we could hike.....location, location, location! Our rental was equipped with every convenience including, movies, games, extra bedding, generous supply of towels, appliances: everything to make this our home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was just as shown in the listing - very nicely decorated & furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 4 padded chairs & tables on the balcony which was perfect for sitting outside on the cool summer evenings & enjoying the sound of the creek!

This was an easy and great stay. We arrived an hour early. I called A1, it took a couple of calls but they answered then ensured the condo was ready then recoded the lock so we could check in a little early. We also had a coffee maker that was missing a filter part. I submitted a work request on the app and a new coffee maker was there that afternoon. Everything else was great! Very pleased with renting with A1.

This cozy condo is a find in Frisco. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, 20 to Breckinridge, and 30 from Vail, the property is s a skier's retreat. It's the perfect place to settle by the fire and relax after a long day on the slopes. With a fully-stocked kitchen, ample bathrooms and outdoor patio, the unit surpasses any typical hotel room or resort suite. The best surprise, the breathtaking mountain views along Ten Mile Creek. Located next to the stairwell on the second floor, the unit is removed from street-level parking but close enough to easily transport ski gear. Repeat visitors, would recommend to groups of four.
