This spacious home has all the amenities you'll require to enjoy the mountains after relaxing in the private hot tub on the lower deck, cozy up to the gas fireplace. You have a breathtaking view of the forest and mountains in Colorado, with all six big resorts and five small towns nearby.
Nearby, you'll have endless hiking options, and if not, you can take a 5-minute walk to hop on the free Summit Stage to many restaurants, ski resorts, or the Outlets at Silverthorne. Enjoys fantastic proximity to world-class mountain resorts, including Keystone (10 miles), Copper Mountain (13 miles), Loveland (13 miles), A-Basin (15 miles), Breckenridge (17 miles), Vail (32 miles), and Beaver Creek (44 miles). You'll easily travel to and from Denver International Airport (90 miles). Easy access to the nation's best freshwater fishing on Dillon Reservoir (3 miles) and the Blue River (2 miles).
It is very close to The Summit Stage transit line, which provides FREE, convenient access to all ski areas and shopping areas!
Upstairs: Two bedrooms with king and queen beds, private bathrooms, and TVs. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hall.
Main floor living room: Gas fireplace, large TV, and 1/2 bath.
Kitchen: It is fully equipped with everything you need. The dining area seats 6, and the island holds three more.
Lower level/3 bedroom: The living area has a sleeper sofa and a large TV, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds.
Large deck with scenic views and gas grill.
Amenities: FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, an outside deck, a gas grill, a full-sized garage, and one parking spot outside. The mud room has seating and storage for gear.
The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

This house was lovely! We fit our crew of 7 adults in easily (though there were beds for 8), the kitchen had all the gears and tools we needed for cooking, and there are lots of lovely trails around for us to explore with the doggo! Just over 15 minutes to Copper and just a quick jaunt to downtown Silverthorne. Comfy beds and a great fireplace!

This is a fantastic property. Very roomy with plenty of space on all three levels. It was perfect for a month-long Colorado ski trip. The property manager, James, is fantastic!!!!! He took care of the few issues we had immediately. This is a beautiful property with high-end appliances and accoutrements. We highly recommend this property for your Colorado. The neighborhood is beautiful with friendly neighbors and fantastic views. Everything was top notch.

Our family of six (plus one small dog) thoroughly enjoyed this mountain getaway. Big enough for us all to have our own space when needed and still felt cozy for the holidays. It was clean, had all the supplies needed for us to cook, and was located in a beautiful spot. We'll be back!

This townhouse had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Unlike so many rentals, the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The hot tub was lovely, the view was nice and it was in a central location for skiing.

This was an awesome rental! Equipped with absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen. Humidifiers in each bedroom and main living space. Hot tub was in perfect working order. Management was very responsive. The best we have ever worked with. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Snowy getaway close to ski resorts, fly fishing, many outdoor activities, restaurants, retail, and more - but far enough away to be quiet and serene. Great views off the deck! Nicely organized 3 BR setup great for extended family with plenty of common space and room to hang, eat, cook, gather but also retreat for privacy as needed. Snow was cleared every AM to allow easy access in and out, too!

This property is absolutely lovely. Clean as it could possibly be and a nice little place to nest for a few days in the mountains. The kitchen is small but equipped to the hilt. I think there’s every appliance I could possibly ask for. And for being a pet friendly place, there was no evidence of pets ever being around but it was a perfect place for us to bring our grand puppy. The views are lovely and the neighbors were friendly enough to ask us out for a visit in the evening in the neighborhood. The Management was kind enough to let us in a little bit early when we arrived in town early and we really really appreciate that. I would definitely book this property again.

We rented a 3 Br 3 1/2 baths in Silverthorne CO for a month to allow our two boys from Denver and one from New York to work remotely or come up for long weekends. We found the place very clean, well stocked kitchen and tastefully decorated and comfortable. The hot tub and gas grill was a bonus and James the property manager was very responsive.

The unit worked great for our family get together. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was fantastic! The unit was the best equipped one that we have ever rented in regards to silverware, dishware, cooking utensils, pots / pans, etc. The views from the the back were tremendous. It was well taken care of!

We had a great time at Miners Run 77. Perfectly located to enjoy several different ski locals.
Great property! Great layout for 6-8 adults. Downstairs den, bedroom, bath provided a perfect place for someone in our party who had to work during our stay. Very well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and the unit itself was very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
