This delightful condo is on the 3rd floor and covers approximately 1023 sq. ft. It is above the covered 2-car parking spaces, providing a secure place to park your vehicles. You'll never run out of dining options, as numerous establishments just a short walk away serve delicious meals.
One of the best things about this home is the amazing partial view of Lake Dillon from the deck. You can relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake while grilling. The deck is an ideal spot to unwind after a busy day.
The Summit Stage, or Summit County transit line, is nearby if you want to explore the area. This provides easy and free access to all ski areas and shopping.
This place is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with Lake Dillon (1m) and six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, Copper Mountain (12m), Breck (16m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m), all within easy reach. There are also a variety of trails for hikers, cross-country skiers, and bikers. You can also enjoy biking opportunities throughout Summit County. Additionally, you'll find the outlet mall, Target, a movie theater, a large grocery store (City Market), and many great restaurants, all within 5 minutes.
The master bedroom has a queen and twin beds and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a wood fireplace, a TV, a DVD, and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with all eating/cooking utensils and all the conveniences of home.

The property includes FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and expanded cable in all bedrooms. It also comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.
Please note that the unit has three flights of stairs and no elevator. Parking is available for two cars only. Smoking is not permitted within 15 feet of buildings or community areas.

The place was great,location for ski resorts within 20 minutes, you can be at 4 ski area, Loveland, Keystone, Arapahoe A-Basin, Copper Mountain.

Location was ideal. Should have advertised that this unit was up four flights of stairs. Also, the mattresses felt like they were 25 years old. Hot tub, pool and sauna were outstanding. A1 Vacation Rentals also outstanding as we arrived an hour early and they allowed us into the unit. Our Thanks!

This is a nice unit, very clean and comfortable and more updated than many other units I've rented in the area. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cooking utensils and very functional. The location was great in terms of being on Lake Dillon, granted with a side view of the lake, but very centrally located with respect to Keystone, as well as restaurants and shopping in Dillon and Silverthorne. The only downside is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, so if you're coming from sea level - it will take some time to get used to walking up the 3 flights of stairs - especially when carrying things. All-in-all, though, a very nice unit.

The rental was great. Situated in the middle of all the mountains. Parking is a bit of a pain though, only 2 spots available and there's no offsite available nearby. Also there was fire wood but no kindling, so be sure to bring some. Other than that the hot tub and pool facilities were great and check-in was easy. It's pricey for what you get, but so is everything in that area.

The condo was great!! Plenty of room for our annual friends ski trip! Only down fall was the hot tub situation. Construction made everyone use the other hot tub clubhouse, but that hardly put a damper on the awesome weekend we had!!
Great condo close to amazing ski resorts and conveniences of a town (grocery shopping, restaurants, etc).
