Stunning lakefront home offering breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the snow-capped Colorado Rockies. The house is conveniently equipped with an elevator, providing easy access to the two-car garage. The first floor features a large community pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Regardless of the season, you can quickly reach six of Colorado's world-class ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (12m), Breck (16m), Keystone (9m), A-Basin (12m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (31m). Various trails for hikers and cross-country skiers and great biking opportunities throughout Summit County are also easily accessible.
Additionally, the picturesque Lake Dillon is just 2-minutes away and only five minutes from an outlet mall, Target, a movie theatre, a large grocery store (City Market), and many excellent restaurants. The Summit Stage transit system is available for free and convenient transportation.
The living room opens to a deck with a gas grill and has a TV, wood fireplace, and sleeper sofa. Additionally, you can find a washer and dryer in this room. The dining room has ample seating for six people, and the kitchen is ready to enjoy cooking great meals.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a TV. You can enjoy stunning views of Lake Dillon and the mountains from the bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom easily accessible from the hallway.
The property comes fully stocked with linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker.

The spot was amazing, Centered right by the lake with stunning mountain views perfect for christmas. Only problem I had was. The garage was too small to accommodate vehicle with rack on the top. That will not stop me from another trip here though loved it. And any issue I had was promply attended to. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was flawless. Communication and instructions for entry and use prior to our arrival on Lake Dillon were precise and clearly given. The property was clean, stocked with all the basic necessities, and this 2nd floor condo was better than the pictures posted on the website. Definitely would note the upgrade to the unit were tastefully done and it felt like home to us both. Michael, our property manager contact, was the perfect point of contact for us while on the lake. And, by the way, the views from our living room/back deck AND master bedroom were unobstructed & awesome! We'll be back!!!

We enjoyed our third beautiful CO get-away at Point Dillon. The condo is very comfortable with glorious views and a wonderful location. We enjoyed biking, kayaking, boating, farmers markets, and excellent concerts all within walking distance. We love the Dillon/Frisco area and look forward to making many more memories here!

We stay in Dillon at least twice a year because our daughter and family live there and usually use VRBO to find a place which is how we found this condo. This condo has one of the more beautiful views of places we've stayed and was in good condition. It could use an upgrade to the kitchen stove. Our grandchildren loved the hot tub and pool area.

Back to the 70s! Amazingly well kept condo, with vintage look and actual vintage appliances but all in top shape for a very comfortable stay. View is amazing. Very clean, well equipped and all details for the short term stay taken care of. (First coffee waiting for you).

We had a very nice stay at 207 Point Dillon. The condo has a wonderful view, is very comfortable, and in a good location for skiing, snowshoeing, etc. The management company was also very responsive to any requests or questions we had with the unit.

My family and I had a great stay this year. It was much better having a separate room for our boys to sleep in. View was amazing and really nice having covered garage to park in. The fireplace was cozy.

This condo location is very central, easy access to Dillon and Silverthorne stores and restaurants. Decor is a tad dated but the unit is very clean and everything is in excellent working condition. Only "blip" was a prominent carpet stain in the dining room from the previous occupants but this will be likely removed/replaced after we vacated the unit. Would definitely rent this unit again given the amazing view of Lake Dillon.

Spent Jan 29 to Mar 1 in this very nice condo. Very minor issues with the unit which were quickly resolved the same day by A1 Vacation Rentals. Enjoyed the new gas fire place, which has its own remote control, and the new living room furniture. We have been spending our winters in the Silverthorne / Dillon area for the last 8 yrs since retiring, and this is one of the best maintained units we have stayed in. Convenient location to the ski resorts on our Epic Season Pass, and an asphalt recreation path along Dillon lake. From our balcony we could watch the Wind Surfers ski around the frozen lake being towed by their kites. Oh, and the hot tub in the common area is actually "hot" like it should be, not tepid, like you find in most hotels these days. Great for sore muscles after a hard day of skiing.

Clean, nicely-furnished, well-located property. Beautiful view of lake and mountains. Close to several ski areas, shopping and grocery store. Prompt communication with manager. Plenty of games and puzzles.
This is a great condo that's cozy, well-equipped, has a superb view, and is in a great location on Lake Dillon. There were many other pluses as well between the covered parking, elevator in building, pool/hot tub, and proximity to the recreational path going around Lake Dillon. The management company was also very responsive to any questions or requests.
