A1 Vacation Rentals' policies are designed to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests:
→ Maximum occupancy: eight (8) guests.
→ Parking is available for up to three (3) vehicles. (AWD/4WD strongly recommended in winter)
→ Up to 2 dogs (maximum 60 lbs each) allowed – no other pets permitted
→ Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
→ County Quiet Hours enforced: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., especially in the hot tub and outdoor areas.
→ No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.
→ Common areas are monitored by MINUT, a Noise, Occupancy, and Environment System.
→ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
→ A security deposit or damage insurance is required.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this property over the years and it has always been a good place for our needs. The private hot tub is a big plus as well as being in a building with nobody above, below or next to you like many condominiums where you listen to noise coming from different directions. The peace and quiet is what we were looking for. A1 Vacation Rentals has also been a great outfit to deal with. They have always been very responsive to any questions or needs that arise during all of our stays through them.

The hot tub was ready to go when we got there which was much appreciated and the drive was plowed when it snowed which helped a lot. Having the carport was also super helpful for not having to clear off the car in the morning.

Had an amazing time staying at this one-of-a-kind log cabin. Had 8 guests all fitting very comfortably, sizeable hot tub made for a great post-ski activity, kitchen fully stocked, ample parking and driveway area for dogs to run around in. Was wonderful!

Very close to shopping, skiing, restaurants and everything you need. Quiet location, cabin style not luxury. Main areas were fun to hang out. Bedrooms and bathrooms very basic, not super comfortable. 6 people was ideal, more would have been tight. Nice that it is dog friendly. Bring your own games, the couple here are old and missing pieces. Need some basic maintenance that I called out to property management and they were responsive. Spiral stairs to all levels were ok for us but not great for very young or old.

The property is cute. Plenty of hot water for dishes and showers. Enjoyed the hot tub both nights. Cooked 3 meals and had all we needed for that (pans, utensils, plates, even spices!). Netflix (etc.) included was nice for winding down in the evening. Deck was gorgeous with a great mountain view. Only this house and one other tucked into a little alcove which felt kind of private which I liked. Missed the driveway a couple times, there is a sign it's just at a strange little crossroad kind of. Some space out back to walk the dogs, also close enough to the neighborhood around the corner to go for a longer walk. Lots of many emails and texts beforehand about processes, which I personally greatly appreciated, especially the texts with links for ease of check in and check out. Thermostat at 65 was a bit hot for us downstairs the first night, but turning it down to 63 the second night helped a lot, 60 was too cold. Only two downfalls for my particular party. The stairs leading in to the house on the second floor are slatted and my dogs had a very hard time getting up/down them. I ended up grabbing my car floor mats to put on the stairs for the dogs to walk up. Also, the staircases are tough on the knees. Gorgeous, but my older dog was afraid to go down them, a little slippery, and my 40 year old plus occupants needed to go very slow as well, so it was a little tough. Just something to be aware of if anyone in your party, human or canine, has a hard time with stairs.

Stayed with two adult friends, so each had their own room. Third sleeping space is a gallery, but well out of sight when people are downstairs, so pretty private. Stunning view of sunset over the mountains. Super fun hot tub. Great kitchen. Lots of places to shop for groceries and even some outlet stores nearby. And most importantly, easy, quick access to countless hikes, which are to die for. We visited in fall. Beautiful spot for fall colours. Highly recommend. The pretty minimal and completely reasonable check out list was a definite bonus.

The “tree house” as we nick named it, was very convenient to hiking, casual and more upscale dining. The hot tub forced everyone’s phones down and was a great amenity for our post hiking adventure. As an FYI, the spiral stairs are rough on aging knees. Also, the pie shaped shower on the main floor is teeny tiny.

We wanted a property that was quiet, had a private hot tub, and was in a good location near to Dillon. We very much enjoyed our time at this property. The house is a little quirky in its setup as there are 3 levels that are connected by a spiral staircase. The main floor has a nice living room with a gas heating stove, eating area and kitchen with 2 bedrooms on the lower level and the 3rd bedroom is a loft above the main floor. The only issue we ran into in our 5 weeks there was a very dirty gas grill on the outside deck that we did not use as there was going to be to much work involved in getting it clean. Otherwise everything went well and we would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The house was in great shape and worked well for gathering with adult sons and their friends for a ski week at Breckenridge and Keystone, which were both nearby. The clothes dryer was broken (needed a part that was temporarily unavailable), but the property manager offered to take our wet clothes, dry them himself, and then delivered them back to us quickly - which was exceptional. If there has been a lot of snow, the driveway can be curvy and steep enough that you might want a 4 wheel drive. The spiral staircase is attractive and fun, but may not work well for someone with disabilities. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee machine that produced latte's, which was a delightful way to start our ski days. Altogether a great place to stay!

My wife and I chose this place as a mountain getaway from the bigger ski towns that are close to Dillon. It was perfect! The cabin was in such a great neighborhood and wasn't too close to other houses, which is ideal for what we wanted. Did I mention the hot tub? Great place, great view, cozy vibes. 5 out of 5 stars!

This cabin is in a perfect location with easy access to everything in Summit County, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The property was spotless when we arrived, very easy check-in process and all the amenities you need for your stay. Don't pass this one up!

It was an excellent location for all of the ski resorts. We visited Abasin, Copper and Vail. All a very short drive. Not to mention the cabin itself is beautiful and super clean. Very convenient to the grocery store and several restaurants. 10/10 recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay here for a week in February. The home was clean, as pictured, extremely convenient to all area ski mountains, and the hot tub was really a plus! Would not hesitate to stay here again for our group of 5.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The construction and details of the construction are stunning! You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a unique cabin. The stairs are one of the coolest features of the cabin. The jacuzzi was a nice relaxing touch. There is a wall built around the jacuzzi so you can’t see the Mountain View when you are in the jacuzzi which was a little disappointing. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. It is in a great location and convenient to restaurants and just a short drive to Breckenridge. The only downside for us was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My family and I did not sleep well due to the quality of the beds. The couch is also very uncomfortable. This is the only reason I am rating the property condition, including furniture, as a 3 star rating. Everything else was 5 stars and I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I reserved this cabin as a staycation during covid and could not have been happier with my stay. This is one of the cleanest places I've stayed and the kitchen was impressively stocked with pots, pans, and spices.The highlight of the cabin though for me was the wrap around deck and the hot tub. They provide spectacular sunset views. Hot tub access is convenient from the bottom floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, making changing simple.

We really enjoyed it! It was a beautiful house with great views. The kitchen had plenty of supplies to use for cooking and plenty of towels for the week. The hot tub was AMAZING! It was enclosed area and very relaxing and warm as the snow fell down on us. The spiral staircase would be a little tricky for some people because it was steep and the bottom basement area was always colder than the rest of the house, but other than that, we had a family of 4 with 2 dogs and plenty of room to spread out. You need 4 wheel drive to get to the house and was surprised that our large Dodge Ram 2500 fit into the carport. There was no fenced in area for pets, but plenty of room for them to run around on their leashes. It was easy and convenient location to get into town and to different restaurants or even go to the ski lodge. We would DEFINITELY rent this condo again!!

También nos pusieron café para dos veces ( cosa que agradecí porque llegamos tarde y no compramos hasta el próximo día ) sazones por si no teníamos, sal, además de varios tipos de cafeteras para el café de tu preferencia . Todo genial! Si me pidieran una sugerencia sería el Cuarto de arriba poner el televisor más alto porque es imposible verlo acostado desde la cama, pero ya le digo es una sugerencia porque nos fue súper bien ! __________________________________________________________ A very good experience. Everything matched the description and I had a great vacation with my family!! Everything was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of clean towels for the days we were there. They also provided coffee for two mornings (which I appreciated because we arrived late and didn't buy any until the next day), seasonings in case we didn't have any, salt, and several types of coffee makers so we could make our preferred kind of coffee. Everything was great!
