A1 Vacation Rentals' policies are designed to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests:
→ Maximum occupancy: six (6) guests.
→ Parking is available for up to two (2) vehicles via carport.
**No RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed.**
→ Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
→ County Quiet Hours: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., especially outside.
→ No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property.
→ Common areas are monitored by MINUT, a Noise, Occupancy, and Environment System.
→ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
→ A security deposit or damage insurance is required.

We loved our our stay at a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with gorgeous views of the Summit County Rocky Mountains! We got lucky with fresh snow and great skiing with our family at nearby Copper Mountain ski resort.

It’s a nice place to stay and it worked for our family ski trip. Clearly a vacation rental as opposed to someone’s place so it felt a little more like a hotel. We appreciated the large parking lot that was plowed when it snowed. The two twin beds were extremely firm and not very comfortable.

We had a nice time staying at this location. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was sad the the hot tub was not working and we had trouble with the TV in the living room. Other than that we would be happy to stay there on our next trip!

The Condominium itself was nice and fairly well equipped. The only thing in short supply was bowls for cereal.
The condo was extremely dry. It wasn't until we boiled water on the stove and increased the humidity that I was able to sleep through the night.
The pool area was too cold to go swimming. They had the temperature set at 60. A pool normally has an air temperature of 80 with the water in pool about that same temperature.
The hot tub in both the condo that we stayed in and the one across the parking lot had caution tape around them from the time we arrived to the time we left.

We had a blast. The rental was excellent and communication with our host was timely and every question was answered. Our kids enjoyed the skiing at Copper Mountain and the restaurants near our rental were all very tasty. This was our second time at this complex and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend it his place to anyone traveling out that way!

We had a great time on our ski trip last week. The rental was perfect for our family of 5. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was convenient to the slopes!! We would definitely stay here again.
