A1 Vacation Rentals' policies are designed to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests:
→ Maximum occupancy: ten (10) guests.
→ Parking is available for up to four (4) vehicles in the garage and driveway.
**No RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed.**
→ Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
→ County Quiet Hours enforced: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., especially in the hot tub and outdoor areas.
→ No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property.
→ Common areas are monitored by MINUT, a Noise, Occupancy, and Environment System.
→ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
→ A security deposit or damage insurance is required.

This place was perfect for my family. Extremely spacious and clean. It was an awesome layout that allows for plenty of family time in the main living areas , but also each bedroom allows for privacy. The location is exactly what we were looking for. There is tons of nearby activities, restaurants, and stores for essentials, also Breckenridge , Frisco , and Vail are only a few miles away if you want to try something different. Overall i give this home a 10 and will definitely be back!

The location is amazing and the host very responsive. The house is gorgeous as are the views. To be fair, the sound carries a bit in the house and the downstairs room is adjacent a squealing meter, but we had a great time.

Loved the house with a group of five guys…six for one nt. There was plenty of space to spread out when not using the main great room and we felt the value was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The views from the kitchen and the deck are priceless.

It was definitely a great home. Beautiful windows to watch the sunset and sunrise, and it was awesome to have a hot tub after skiing and snowboarding. Definitely recommend.

We received communication about our stay a couple days prior and it included everything we needed to know regarding location, check in, how to get in, troubleshooting if needed, etc. We arrived and the home was beautiful and just as pictured. We stayed at the end of July and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet patio every morning and evening. We saw all kinds of wildlife- chipmunks, deer, fox! The hot tub was an added plus. I highly recommend this home for your next trip!

Layout of the property was perfect for a girls-in-the-family reunion weekend. Owner/manager very communicative, house is beautiful and very comfortable - allowed all of us to have our own space but assemble our larger group whenever desired. House was great for our two families with plenty of open space to congregate and relax. We had planned to be skiing most of each day so the location was great but the weather had different plans. Luckily, there was plenty to do when we were snowed in including games, multiple area to watch TV and of course the hot tub. Definitely plan to stay again.

family enjoyed the house. first time ski experience for most. minor complaints include hot tub controls not intuitive and non functioning ice maker. overall a very good mountain experience.
