First Level: Garage - Pull into an oversized one-car garage with plenty of room to store your equipment.
Second Level: Move to the second floor, where four delightful bedrooms are ready to welcome you.
Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: The primary suite offers a serene retreat with south-facing views, a cozy fireplace, a smart TV, a walk-in shower, dual vanities, a king-size bed, and an inviting sitting area.
Second Bedroom/Bathroom: This king-size sanctuary enjoys north-facing views of the National Forest and includes an ensuite walk-in shower, making it an ideal escape.
Third Bedroom: This bright space features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a private deck, complemented by a shared full bathroom.
Fourth Bedroom: This cheerful room has double and twin beds and a shared full bathroom, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Laundry Room: Conquer laundry tasks with a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor.

3rd Level - Main Level:

Rooftop Deck: (Closed during winter for safety.)

A1 Vacation Rentals' policies are designed for a tranquil and enjoyable experience for all guests:

~Maximum occupancy: Ten (10) guests and four (4) vehicles. Parking is available in the garage and driveway—no RVs, campers, or trailers allowed.
~ All smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited on the property.
~"Quiet Hours" must be observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors. To maintain noise level compliance and ensure safety, we have partnered with NoiseAware™. Please note that security cameras are installed in the access and parking areas.
~Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.
~The community clubhouse, managed by the HOA, closes at 10 p.m.
