`Parking for up to 3 vehicles in driveway parking only. No RVs, campers, or trailers permitted.
`Dog FRIENDLY - two (2) medium-sized dogs (60lbs max)
`Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
`County Quiet Hours: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m. (NoiseAware™ - decibel monitoring in common areas)
`No smoking of any kind on the property.
`The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
