→ Parking is available for up to two (2) vehicles in the garage and community lot.
**No RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed.**
→ Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
→ County Quiet Hours enforced: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., especially in the hot tub/outdoor areas.
→ No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property.
→ Common areas are monitored by MINUT, a Noise, Occupancy, and Environment System.
→ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
→ A security deposit or damage insurance is required.

Our first time staying in Frisco. Really liked the easy access to Keystone and Breckenridge as well as the easy access to I-70, Vail, Beaver Creek and Leadville. Property was as described and very clean. Very good communication from management company. I do recommend this property and the management company.

I had an amazing ski trip and it was such a success because of this condo being in Frisco, allowing easy access to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge, as well as many other ski areas. The condo was pristine, the community quiet and friendly. Will definitely look to try and stay here again in the future.

Pretty good for the price. The location was advertised as walking to downtown Frisco, it's very close driving distance to Whole Foods. It also smelled of cigarette smoke, not sure if it was due to the thin walls from other units for leftover from other guests.

This is a nicely decorated condo on the edge of Frisco. Well furnished and supplied with all the necessities. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Although I didn't use the garage for my car, I used it for my bike. Great location to reach the Dillon bike path or up any other Summit County destinations by bike. I recommend this condo. The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Property good, beds comfy, cozy and not overly big but doable for 6 people, more people would be tough. Property management people were excellent with replying to questions! Kitchen supplies adequate, but it's apparent not much cooking goes on there! We managed well. Could be a little more ski boot/ski storage inside and out. The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The garage was an added bonus with no ice scraping in the mornings. The garage is rather tight, but I was able to get my Tacoma in without much difficulty. We had a fantastic stay at Prospect Point as our "base" for skiing at Copper Mountain. The kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to cook meals for a family of seven.As a family of seven, we were pretty cozy with sleeping arrangements, but that's part of being a large family. The bedroom setup worked sooo much better than many other places that we have stayed. Bottomline: we would happily stay at Prospect Point 104 again! The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
