Our policies ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests:
`Maximum occupancy: six (6) guests and two (2) cars. *Trailers and RVs are not allowed!
`No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
`Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM, especially outdoors.
`No pets or smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
`Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a booking, and a security deposit or damage insurance is mandatory for all stays.

The creek alongside the unit was clear and soothing and cool.
The unit itself had very little natural light which was disappointing, however there was plenty of lighting in the unit. The bed in the master unit was too soft for my personal preference.

This unit is only a block from Main Street. It's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable and the deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek was great for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! We are a local family with two kids. The space was so clean, user friendly, and comfortable. The kitchen is updated, as well as the bathrooms and beds. The only issue we had was the trash dumpster was a little far away. Overall we would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again!

This is a wonderful property. This is the second time we have stayed here and it has been the perfect place for our family. The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is in a very convenient location to Frisco's main street. It has a fantastic view of Mt. Royal and the creek from the deck. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we come to Colorado.

Loved our stay at 10 Mile island! So much to say about this unit! The view of Mt. Royal was exceptional and listening to Ten Mike Creek below our deck made our experience picture perfect. We were walking distance to Main Street Frisco shops, bike rentals, restaurants, visitor center, museum, and much more. Very easy access to I-70, near more trails than we could hike.....location, location, location! Our rental was equipped with every convenience including, movies, games, extra bedding, generous supply of towels, appliances: everything to make this our home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

This was an easy and great stay. We arrived an hour early. I called A1, it took a couple of calls but they answered then ensured the condo was ready then recoded the lock so we could check in a little early. We also had a coffee maker that was missing a filter part. I submitted a work request on the app and a new coffee maker was there that afternoon. Everything else was great! Very pleased with renting with A1.

This cozy condo is a find in Frisco. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, 20 to Breckinridge, and 30 from Vail, the property is s a skier's retreat. It's the perfect place to settle by the fire and relax after a long day on the slopes. Located next to the stairwell on the second floor, the unit is removed from street-level parking but close enough to easily transport ski gear. Repeat visitors, would recommend to groups of four.
