→ Parking for up to five (5) vehicles (garage/driveway only), NO RVs, campers, or trailers.
→ Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
→ County Quiet Hours enforced: 9 p.m. – 8 a.m., especially in the hot tub and outdoor areas.
→ Pets: Up to two (2) dogs allowed (max 60 lbs. each); no other pets permitted
→ No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.
→ Common areas are monitored by MINUT, a Noise, Occupancy, and Environment System.
→ The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

We were very happy with our stay. It offers a lot of amenities and a spectacular view. There are lots of pretty areas to walk around near the home. It is also within 20 minutes or less of the ski towns in the Dillon reservoir. Anyone with a large family and pets will not be disappointed if they book this house.

The home offers spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Dillon. However, the two dead mice that were left in the bottom of the kitchen trash can tainted our overall experience. The listing title of "entertainers' paradise" was a bit deceptive as we found the kitchen meagerly equipped with serving dishes and utensils. The listing pictured a 3-car garage and stated garage and driveway parking for 5 cars; but it should be noted that only one full-size space is available for renters to use as the owners' vehicle occupies one space and the other garage space is too short to fit a mid-size sedan. Also, the 2nd king size bed is two twins pushed together, thus not the length of a true king size and barely long enough for anyone over 6 feet tall.

After losing both of my parents suddenly right before the holidays last year I knew I wanted to make sure this holiday season was spent with our children and grandchildren making new memories. We chose Colorado to be our destination and we couldnt have picked a better home to spend time together as a family. The house was set up perfect for 8 adults and two children with plenty of room to all spread out. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the chefs kitchen that was perfect for us all to gather in and cook. And the views were absolutely stunning! We shopped in Silverthorne, went skiing at Copper Mountain and ate dinner in Breckenridge. This house is the perfect central location. Thank you for sharing your home and we are already talking about booking next year.

Of all the homes we have booked over the years, Three Peaks Mountain Lodge was definitely one of the very best! From the views, to the stream running through the front yard, to the hiking trails just down the street, to the beautiful interior - I cannot recommend this property enough. The home is roomy, well appointed, well stocked with cooking utensils/supplies, and great amenities both in the home and close to the Silverthorne area. James at the property management company was always available and quick to respond to any questions/requests. The deck and sitting area is not to be missed. During our stay, we accessed whitewater rafting, ATV rides in Winter Park, as well as a myriad of fun activities in Breckenridge (don't miss the Mountain Time Escape Rooms), Dillon (festivals/farmers market), Vail (mountain activities and art/farmers market) Copper Mountain (great mountain activities) and Frisco (fun festivals/4th of July Parades)

I've been journeying to Summit County for snowboarding for more than two decades, and we've stayed in various homes throughout the area. This year, we stayed in a home that offered the most breathtaking views yet. The house itself is stunning, perfectly designed for larger groups and equipped with heated driveways and sidewalks. Moreover, the customer service we experienced was unparalleled in comparison to any other Airbnb stays I've had.
Being pet friendly allowed our Texas raised husky to live in her heavily environment for a solid week..

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 10 of us from senior adults through babies. There was ample space so everyone had their own area but we were able to come together as much as we wanted. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is a cul-de-sac. Our kids used sleds and built snowmen in the street with no one to disturb them. We had everything we needed here. We would stay here again if we visit the area again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This is by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and it was perfect for our family vacation with nine people. The view from the back porch is incredible. There’s a small mountain brook running through the front yard. There’s access to the Eagle’s Nest Wilderness Area right out of the front door. The house is well appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom and bath is amazing, with heated floors, an incredible shower, and a tub overlooking the valley. It’s far enough back in the neighborhood to be quiet but not so far away that it’s inconvenient to town. We had an excellent time and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was even l more spectacular than in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our family group of 11 people visiting for my son’s wedding. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and the seating and view from the deck was enjoyed every evening. The trails in the National Park were easily accessed up the driveway across the cul de sac (took us a bit to figure that out). Communication with the property manager was clear and responsive. Hope we can find a reason to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our extended family. Just as pictured and maybe better. The kitchen was very well stocked, like cooking in a friends house. Bathrooms had soap, makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner. The view from the living room and deck was spectacular! We spent most mornings and evenings on deck with a fire. Great location, convenient to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. We rode horses, rented a boat for a day, mountain biked and rented ATV’s. We had a blast. I don’t remember the name but a restaurant in Silverthorne had all Colorado made beer and liquor. Food was great too. Would definitely rent again.

This home has amazing views and was comfortable, clean and well-maintained, convenient to town, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable deck seating and indoor seating, great trails right out the door, sweet little creek at the front of the house, hot tub with an amazing view, the list goes on... You will not be disappointed staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed renting this house for our family vacation. Rental staff was responsive and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Peaks Mountain Lodge was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well-equipped, the stove and oven had ample space for cooking large meals, and there were three sinks!!! The layout of the house worked very well to accommodate our large group. We all especially loved the trails with access to National Forest just up the street. Lots to do in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco, and we had amazing weather to boot. Fabulous mountain retreat with a National forest and trails right out your back yard! Quiet, peaceful huge home with superior amenities including a beautiful steam shower in the master bath! Definitely a home we would come back to.

This home is amazing! Great location close to Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail to take advantage of Summer and Winter activities. Located in an exclusive upscale neighborhood with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms spread out on 3 floors for guest privacy. Living and family room accommodations are on 2 floors. Kitchen is fully complete with 3 sinks and separate work spaces along with appliances and utensils. Pets are allowed!The 5 Star reviews are no joke! We've stayed in plenty of nice accommodations, but this one wins hands down!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin! Hiking trails were just steps out the front door and a clear, running creek made for a lulling sound as we drifted off to sleep after days filled with hiking, swimming and a dip in the awesome 8 person hot tub! Silverthorne is just a few miles away and Breckenridge is about a 1/2 hour away so very convenient to both. The chef’s kitchen was a dream and well stocked, however we needed a first aid kit and could not find one. Minor detail, but an important one. Not much of a yard for kid’s to play in, but the trails and beautiful views made up for it!

Home was amazing with great views and great comfort and very dog friendly. I would have a few improvements to suggest as follow: 1) Get new frying pans as none were truly non-stick. Family was very unhappy being unable to make a fried egg. 2) Get better fitted sheets for the BR off the bar to the right. Son had sheets come off every night. 3) Replace all the humidifiers as none worked properly and the home was very dry. 4) fix the downstairs TV so that one may watch cable on it as all we could do was stream to it.

My husband and I brought our 3 grown kids and my daughters husband and our two grand children 3yrs & 2yrs, it was the first time they felt snow , we live in Florida.. The house the views were more than we even excepted !! Spending it over Xmas was just magical and breath taking!! Everything was at your finger tips and James was very helpful in anything we needed!! We have been back 3 weeks now and we’re still all talking about it and want to come back so bad!! Thank you, for the best family vacation yet this far!! Of course we would recommend but not when we want to come back!! Lol

This is such a great house to stay in, thanks!
There were a couple items that need replacement or repair. The grill would not ignited. We could only get one burner going by pulling the top grate off. The lower bedroom with king bed is old and slops in the middle of the mattress.
